Summer Camp 2024

Paramount Study is ready to offer different summer camps with innovative and varied programs, including Languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Mandarin…) Visual Arts camp, Mural Camp, Music Camp, Coding Camp, Math Camp… These programs have been designed to ensure that participating children are engaged in educational and exciting activities day long.

 

Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00AM-3:00PM for regular camps. For special camps please check the specific hours of operation.

Daycare hours 9:00am-10:00am, 3:00pm-5:00pm $10 per Day

Dates: June 23 to August 21, 2025 (9 weeks)

Refund Policy: Campers who are unable to attend camp at the last minute for medical or special circumstances can have their fees refunded minus the $50 administration fee. Campers who choose to leave during camp do not have their fees refunded. If a camper is unable to stay at camp for medical reasons we will transfer them to another session. Campers who are asked to leave for disciplinary reasons will not be refunded.

Summer Mural Art Camp. Ages:11-16 $360 per week (materials included)

Paramount Study has been offering a ‘Mural Camp’ for many years. Each week of Mural Camp we learn about street art and public art. We take tours through the Plateau neighborhood where the Mural Festival is held annually. We also visit a paint store and buy our colors needed for our art pieces. Throughout the whole week we work towards painting our large mural piece on the last day of camp. This camp was especially popular in the summer . People were looking for things to do during the pandemic and the Mural Camp was an excellent, safer option because we were outside a lot.

Multi Workshops. Ages: 8-16 + $300 per week (materials included)Monday-Friday 10:00am-3:00pm

This special workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to improve different artistic skills. In this camp, the artist will learn painting, sculpture, sewing , recycling and mural. Each subject has its own specific process. By exploring different mediums, students will improve their artistic flexibility: creating different projects from almost anything. This versatility is an interesting skill to master in the artistic world.


Those are the weeks available: July 3rd to August 18th, Monday to Friday each week. You could either choose to have your class in the morning 10:00am-3:00pm. All materials are included.

Graphic Design Camp. Ages: 12-16 years old + $280 per week/Monday-Friday 1:00am-3:00pm, or 3:00pm-5:00pm

Get ready for a fun and meaningful camp experience through project-based learning. Since 2005, Paramount Study has been encouraging and inspiring teens to become the next generation of developers, animators, filmmakers, photographers, designers and engineers. In addition to developing teens’ interests and passions for the latest in new tech, our camps foster personal growth, confidence, and independence; preparing students for life beyond high school and college.

It is two hours programs from Monday to Friday. The student can choose either 1:00-3:00pm or  3:00-5:00pm.

Animation Camp. Ages 11-16 $350 per week/ Monday to Friday 10:00am-12:00pm 1:00-3:00pm 3:00pm to 5:00pm, or 5:00pm-7:00pm

Paramount Study encourages teens to become the next generation of animators, filmmakers, photographers, designers and engineers. In addition to developing teens’ interests and passions for the latest new tech.

Recycled and Environmental ART CAMP $250 per week /Monday-Friday 10:00am-3:00pm

At our camp, we believe in the importance of protecting our environment through art and creativity. Through engaging activities and projects, campers will learn why it’s crucial to take care of our planet and how art can be a powerful tool for positive change.

Illustration Camp / $270 per week / Monday-Friday 10:00am-3:00pm

Learn all the steps from A to Z that will turn your ideas into a published book.
Illustration camp is all about combining your drawings and illustrations with a nice story to match. Through this camp, kids will learn the process of turning ideas into an illustrated story book. Those whose project shows great potential will have their stories published.

Life Drawing (Figure Drawing) Camp / $200 Four times per week / Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-5:00pm

French high school entrance Preparation $300 per week / Monday to Friday 10:00am-3:00pm

For students currently in the fifth grade or entering the sixth grade in September, Paramount Study offers a specialized program to help prepare for entrance exams. Our team of experienced teachers is dedicated to guiding students to excel in their exams and enhance their skills in math, reading, and writing.

Here is our weekly schedule:

Monday to Thursday:

  • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Focus on French grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing.
  • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Emphasis on math and logical reasoning.

Friday:

  • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: French High School Entrance Exam Practice Test to simulate real exam conditions.
  • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM:  French High School Entrance Exam Practice Test to simulate real exam conditions.

French and Art/Math Camp for Grade 4 Students $300 per week / Monday to Friday 10:00am-3:00pm

For students currently in the fourth grade or entering the fifth grade in September, Paramount Study offers a specialized program designed to enhance French proficiency and prepare for upcoming entrance exams. Our experienced teachers are committed to helping students excel in exams while improving grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing skills.

Here is the weekly schedule for our program:

Monday to Friday:

  • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Focus on French grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing.
  • 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Students can choose between Art or Math classes.

French Reading and Writing for Grade 9-10 , Ages: 15-16

Our experienced instructors offer French, English, Spanish, and Chinese. 

15 hours of English or French or Spanish or Chinese classes per week. And also different types of sports, such as: Soccer; Football; Basketball; Martial Arts;  … and much more! All sports will keep your children entertained …

Public Speaking Camp for Ages: 12-16 $300 per week/ Monday to Friday 4:00-6:00pm

At “Unlock Your Voice,” we believe in empowering young minds to become confident and articulate speakers. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to enhance your existing skills, our camp offers a fun and supportive environment where you can develop essential communication abilities.

What to Expect:

  • Interactive Workshops: Learn fundamental public speaking techniques through engaging workshops and activities led by experienced instructors.

  • Speech Crafting: Discover the art of speechwriting and develop your unique voice by creating and delivering impactful presentations.

English Writing Camp for Ages : 15-19 $300 per week

Sunday 1:00-3:00 (30 June-25 August) 9 sessions $540

Courses offered: 

  • Reading; Writing Book Reports and Presentations

This course is designed for middle school students in grades 8-9 who want to improve their reading and writing. The teacher will select books for students to read, and students will be required to write a book report based on what they read each week and submit it to the teacher for correction. In addition to the book report, students will be required to present their ideas to the class in the form of a speech.

Where coding is Fun - Coding class ... Ages: 11-17

This summer at Paramount Study, we’re having for the very first time a coding class mixed with art. During three months all the students who registered will have the opportunity to learn and improve their coding skills. At the end of the camp, they will build an automatic intelligent cardboard car. The students more interested in will help with the physical design of the car while the other ones will focus on the intelligent memory of the car..
