This role combines teaching, administrative management, and website administration. The successful candidate will:

  • Teach French courses and support effective student learning;
  • Manage daily school operations, including coordinating class schedules with instructors in different languages;
  • Communicate with parents and students in French, English, and Mandarin;
  • Manage and update the school website, including design and content updates using Adobe editing software.

Qualifications

  • Native French speaker with strong proficiency in English  (required);
  • Language Skills: Mandarin proficiency is mandatory for communication with our specific international clientele
  • Proven experience teaching French (teaching certification is an asset);
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Passion for education and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
  • Web Skills: Experience with WordPress and Elementor
  • Work experience in China is considered an asset;
  • Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents. All other qualified candidates, including those with or without a valid work authorization in Canada, are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver French language instruction and develop lesson plans and teaching materials;
  • Coordinate class schedules with multilingual teaching staff;

  • Support overall school operations, including administrative and student management tasks;
  • Assist with educational promotion and cultural activities.

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Science Tutor to support high school and CEGEP students in Physics, Biology, and Chemistry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions

  • Explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to students’ learning styles

  • Help students prepare for exams, assignments, and coursework

  • Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

  • Minimum of 1 year of tutoring experience (preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of Physics, Biology, and/or Chemistry (Secondary/CEGEP level)

  • Bilingual in English and French (preferred)

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated French Language Tutors to help children and teenagers (ages 6 to 18) develop their French language skills in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Tutor students in French through private sessions or group classes

  • Adapt teaching methods to the student’s age, level, and learning style

  • Support students in improving speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills

  • Encourage confidence, motivation, and academic progress

  • Commit to working for at least one full academic semester

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written)
